@Church

A “Movie Night” at your church can be so much more than just grabbing a few friends and renting a dvd.

With a site license, you can legally host a crowd and advertise the event with complete integrity.  (a good thing for a church seeking to present Christ to the world)

Often with the package you will get promotional materials, a plan, and in some cases dvd’s of the movie that if sold can offset some or all of the site license cost.  Check the particular site or package for the details for your specific movie.   The costs for the license may seem high at first, but consider the cost per person, as well as the fact that in many cases the license is for an extended period of time – if the film is well received, why not show it again?  Build a core of 50 people willing to support a movie night at a minimum of $5, and you’ll cover the cost of most of these films!

The information below was accurate per the related webpages as of the time this was posted, but are subject to change.    If you find something to be in error, please let us know so it can be corrected.  Thank you!

Finally, while Men of A.I.M. may on occasion sponsor movie events in the area,  we’d also like to help get the word out should you choose to host a movie night.   If you host a movie night, would you be willing to allow a member of the Men of A.I.M. team a few moments to share our hearts for a strong grassroots foundation for Christian films in Central Illinois or set up a table communicating this ministry? Thank you.
