Welcome to the Men of A.I.M. website, seeking men living balanced lives of Action, Integrity, and Maturity. Many men and churches today are running aimlessly – doing what they’ve always done, getting the same results, somehow surprised by the endless loop. It is our desire to partner with individuals, churches, and other organizations to encourage and equip leaders (clergy and laity) to engage and disciple the men in their church and communities. Take advantage of what is already being organized as you look to engage your men - there are already more events, speakers, and conferences in a 3-hour drive than any individual or group could attend while maintaining balance in their lives. You don't have to invent everything yourself. Learn from others, then take what you've learned and help others. The monthly Taking A.I.M. newsletter's sole intent is to communicate the many options that are available. Attending events is NOT discipleship. Don’t just take your men to a weekend and check off the “Spiritual Development” box for your men. Do, however, pick and choose activities or events which will take your men just that next step in their spiritual walk. We also have a large selection of audio/video resources available for use for individual or small group use. If you are interested in particular speakers or topics let me know. We don’t know what God’s plan is for the future of Men of A.I.M. A couple years ago we were thinking 501c3 non-profit registration, but with the number of struggling churches and ministries, we did not want to detract attention or funding from the very organizations we are seeking to assist.
